I asked if I could have a medium latte in a large cup, but was told that it wasn't allowed for stock control reasons. I pointed out how ridiculous this sounded since they were already out of medium cups. The staff member was nice, but ultimately there was nothing they could do. It's a shame that this is the way the world is now, with companies that can't be bothered to provide proper service.
Absolutely horrendous customer service! Two young people serving us and they just didn’t want to be there at all! Mumbling at us to see what we wanted, basically threw our egg bites at us at the end of the counter! You could tell they definitely didn’t want to work the morning shift and to that I’d say, maybe find somewhere else to work!
I visited this Starbucks for the first time and ordered breakfast items along with a 'pup cup' for my small sausage dog. Unfortunately, shortly after sitting down, another staff member informed us that we would have to leave because dogs are not allowed in this particular franchise. The staff member who delivered this message appeared to be in her early twenties, while the rest of the staff seemed to be in their late teens. With only two customers in the coffee shop at the time, it is possible that a more experienced barista could have handled the situation more effectively. The overall service from our server was average, but the supervisor's response was disappointing. As a result, we will not be returning to this Starbucks in the future. It may be helpful for the establishment to put up a sign indicating their policy on pets to prevent others from having a similarly negative experience.
The staff are unwelcoming, and unfriendly. I ordered a classical hot chocolate which I specifically outlined that I didn’t want any cream or froth and that it must be extra hot (as I always do at other Starbucks) to my dismay it was topped with froth and cold. The lady who served me didn’t even bother to acknowledge that she had got the drink wrong, offer an apology or even try to make another drink. It is sad that meeting customer satisfaction is no longer a priority. Just to mention that this is not the first time that I have had experienced this at the same place. Staff should be taught how to clean tables and toilets properly.
The service at this restaurant is lacking in smiles. Unfortunately, it falls short of expectations. Although I enjoy Starbucks coffee, the service here is subpar and it seems that customers using the drive-thru are prioritized over walk-ins. However, at least you are able to enter the establishment unlike at the services in Coventry North where there was a private event taking place. It was surprising to learn that they host private events. Overall, not a satisfied customer.
