The staff may come off as a bit strange and frequently look offended, but they are pleasant enough. If you enjoy observing eccentric characters, this is the place to be, as there are plenty of them on the parade.
The coffee was great as always, but the machines were noisy as per usual.
The staff at this restaurant are typically very busy, so they don't have time to clean the tables.
Typical town centre Costa. Served quickly, but totally lacking in making you feel welcome.
Was served a lovely hot chocolate by a nice young Lad called Ben at Costa Coffee in Leamington Spa on the parade today. Brilliant service from him. Best service I’ve received in a long time from a coffee shop.
