It was a great stay in gasthaus cramer . all the staff friendly, the service is top. we were only there for one night to visit the cozy Christmas market in hirschberg. next year we are back. Unfortunately, the reservation for the evening in the restaurant was not adhered to, which was very annoying for us. personal was not really trying to offer us alternatives as hotel guests, unfortunately we had to visit a restaurant in the evening where we could eat. because the place is very remote, there was another route that we had to travel with the car.Very sad and that as a hotel guests.In the place itself we were told that there is currently a personal shortage and there is no cook .not recommended.
