Not the best in my opinion not even avg. ribs were dry and had no flavor, they were tough mainly because they left the membrane on which doesnt allow for the smoke to penetrate. Moving to the beans i swear they jus dumped them out of the can. Then we have the ham ya no flavor, ive smoked a ham before and this simply wasn’t a good job. Exceptionally dry. Now the brisket was good, tender and good flavor. Waitress never asked if i wanted a refill. Overall unless your getting a burger or the brisket id look for other options.

We showed up at 830 on a Saturday when they close at 9,. We were greeted with custom and we received and ate our food by 8:50. It was soooo good. I highly recommend the twnderloin

Pricy and not the best barbecue I’ve had.Brisket was decent but not worth the price. The fried pickles were pretty good. The service was good as well.

Usually I love hilltop but today was the worst I've tasted in a long time. The combo sandwich was so dry I could barely swallow and it didn't have any bar b que taste at all. I'm sorry to have to complain but I just had to. I don't know what happened but I'm Leary about going back.

Davita was our server. She was absolutely THE friendliest and guided us through the menu and sauces as we are not locals. We really enjoyed Davitas company. The food was good. If ever going thur again I will stop to see Davita and have some more ribs.
