Wok 2 Go - Warrington

Re visit Wok2Go after along period and I have to admit it felt like the first time I eat from there, food was fresh and excellent quality. Thumbs Up

Food was late and covered in grease! No flavour in the food! Ordered duck in plum sauce and was just swimming in fat and water with no plum! Avoid avoid avoid! Ridiculously priced and not worth it!!

Absolutely shocking experience with Warrington branch, waited 1.5 hours. Call them 4 times, finally get an answer, they can see my order but ‘it’s not come through to the store’. They can’t possibly use the money we’ve already given them, instead they want us to pay an extra £35 and they’ll refund us the first money in a few days. No manager available to speak to, no solution offered. Useless!

I ordered meals for myself and family on a Fri evening, really looking forward to a tasty treat. What we received was so poor in terms of taste and flavour I was incensed by the low standard of food that this place is prepared to sell.I ate my meal but more because I needed to eat than for the experience, my wife discarded her meal as it had no discernible taste whatsoever, mine had a background flavour like dirty dishwater.The marketing and set up for this takeaway represents something that they don't even get close to producing in reality and it is not cheap food.Reading the reviews prior to this, it is clear that there is a common issue with many customers who have had similar experiences.This is a very local business in terms of customers and I can only assume that unless they improve the standard of their food they will not survive.

First time ever but really impressed, excellent food, felt very fresh. Not the cheapest but very good
