The food is tasty and the delivery is always punctual. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

We were initially hesitant about placing an order based on reviews. However, our meals were absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. We recommend arriving early as the food was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. We have found our new favorite takeout spot!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Franices. After placing an order online, we waited over 45 minutes for delivery. After calling the restaurant twice, we were given terrible excuses for the delay. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, items were missing, and some items were incorrect. The delivery driver was also very unapologetic. It is clear that Francies has gone downhill since they first opened, and their employees could use some lessons in manners. I will no longer be a loyal customer and I doubt I am the only one. It's surprising that they still have a customer base with the amount of negative reviews.

I can't believe that I order food from some where with 1 star in food hygiene! I will be more cautious in the choice of food shops in the future!

Ordered our food and decided we wanted to make a change but when we ordered to cancel we were told we couldn’t do that over the phone and had to go online, when we went online there was no way of ordering so we called...back over an hour later expecting our food as we did not cancel. We were then told that our order had been cancelled but no refund would be sent, bag of crud.
