The hours posted online are not accurate. It’s incredibly frustrating to drive nearly 6 miles to get my favorite meal, only to find that the restaurant closed just 10 minutes before I arrived. Additionally, the hours listed at the store entrance are also incorrect. This is a simple issue that should be fixed.

I was waiting outside the restaurant with my mask on when I noticed a woman enter without one. Two employees confronted her, asking if there was an issue. She explained that she couldn't wear a mask. Given the well-known exemptions due to medical conditions, I thought the way they handled the situation was inappropriate. While enforcing a mask policy is certainly within their rights, publicly embarrassing someone in front of a large crowd is not acceptable. There are far better ways to address these situations. Mask mandates originally suggested that accommodations, like curbside service, should be available for those unable to wear masks, so why wasn’t that offered here? Unfortunately, the woman stormed out in frustration. It’s disappointing to see a business handle things this way; it reflects poorly on their public relations.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The last two times we visited, we had to wait 30 minutes just to place our ice cream order. Even worse, both times we ordered the same size (the 'Love It' size), but one of us ended up with the smaller one. We paid for the larger size but received the smaller cups instead. The last time we noticed the mix-up right away and addressed it with the staff. The man behind the counter insisted that we had been given the 'Love It' sizes and even tried to show us by holding up a cup. Could he not see that the sizes were clearly wrong? Did he even acknowledge it? I ended up grabbing a cup just to get through the line quickly. This is a pathetic way to run a business. They didn’t offer to fix the mistake or provide a refund. We will definitely not be coming back.

Some children waste food. Every time I pay for the mix and throw away most of them. It's really bad. These children are not focused. So often they give me false taste or false mixers. Mostly I don't like when they throw away food instead of in the cups we pay for.

We arrived at this location 40 minutes before it?s closing time which was 11PM yet they were already closed. It is very unprofessional to close before they?re closing time. We even checked there closing time online and even on their front door it says 11PM on Saturdays yet they were close at 10:20 PM. Not to mention that we drove 25 minutes to get at this location. Very disappointing.NEVER AT COLD STONE AGAIN
