The Pancake Palace - Warren Park

1 missed item from my order (avocado)2 tables occupied when I arrived for breakfast.3% surcharge to use a credit card4 sure I can choose somewhere else for breakfast.

The pancake palace was the best! Excellent parking situation and our waitress was incredibly friendly and always had a smile on her face. Me and my girlfriend both got the breakfast combo which came out super quickly and was delicious! Great atmosphere, inside was very welcoming and made me feel at home, not at all what I was expecting. The pancakes were incredible and I enjoyed every minute of eating them. Will definitely be returning

First thing is, I think the name is misleading. We thought this restaurant was just a breakfast place since it is called the Pancake Palace.There are lunch and dinner offerings.My order was the eggs Benedict and I am unsure what was used for hollandaise sauce. It was unlike any I have tasted. The poached eggs were almost hard. The waffle was not crisp.If we dine there again, we may try lunch or dinner.We may give them another try as there were omelets also on the menu.

Great food! We have eaten there several times. We enjoy breakfast lunch there. Friendly staff.

Absolutely horrible service. There was half an egg shell in my egg Benedict and they had the nerve to tell me I put it there. They didn’t offer to remake it just give me my money back. They’re Hollandaise taste like gravy. I hope they close soon and put something decent in place with people who know customer service. If they can leave half an eggshell in your food I wouldn’t be surprised with all the health violations they could be committing.
