Pizza Hut - Warren Park

The female employee there is rude! If she used as much effort to be nice as she did randomly running next door to the smoke shop she'd be awesome! I tried to order the $12 special for my kids 3x 2 weeks ago and was told they were out of large crust then today I placed a order 3x and the person taking my order over the phone said it was successful but they never had my pizzas! Then she tells me that the special is for online orders only! That is a lie! The order rep over the phone said she was lying. My thing is if you don't want to do your job stay home! I'm NEVER ordering from this location again!

Came in on a Friday night.. The app stated they had the shortest Wait, 15 mins, and it was right. Eric immediately came to the counter to help me, the app was giving me trouble, but he was patient and waited while I worked it out.. the food was done in 12 mins and wasn't overcooked, was exactly what I wanted .. Not sure if Eric is in charge, but he was working that place! The counter, the food, and everything in between.. Give him a raise and a vacay!Thank you Eric for changing my opinion of this location

Ordered online for delivery and didnt receive the first order the person on the phone told me theres nothing they can do and to reorder. The second time i was given the wrong food and was given the same answer. They refused to take any responsibility or adress my concerns. absolutely

They always get it right! Good service and the food is fire! Eric will take good care of you.
