Iozzo's Garden Of Italy - Warren Park

Parking is problem. I walk with cane. Could not use back door off alley because it is kept locked. Seems like accommodation could bemade while road construction in front prevents handicap parking.

We made reservations on Friday evening to be seated in the garden. And we're seated within a few minutes of our reservation. The garden area was a nice atmosphere and enjoyable. The drink selection was minimal, and it took a while for us to be served. We requested a couple of special drink items and they we're not correct. Once we received her food, the flavor was good, but the portion sides were extremely small.

We always love going to Iozzo's. The short rib ragu is awesome. They have many options that are great. On a down note, the chicken parm that was to us served was poor. It tasted scorched and had an odd aroma. Having not had this dish is years, it is fair to say we won't do it again anytime soon. The ambience in the dinning room is lovely quaint. It very a friendly feel and we have dined there countless times......and most assuredly will again.

I picked Iozzo 's due to location close to Lucas Oil Stadium it was a busy night with people attending the Olympic swim trials. Iozzo 's was very accommodating, food was wonderful, parking was easy free, and the ambiance was neighborhood restaurant , but with wonderful food and a relaxed atmosphere. We will go again just for the food.

I could not speak more highly of our experience and food at Iozzo's. Elizabeth (owners daughter) took care of great us, explaining the menu, giving her opinions and explanations clearly and they were phenomenal. A selfish part of me wants to keep this place a secret, but everyone in the area needs to know about how incredible this restaurant is. Their evenings special dessert coconut creme cake was just an amazing way to end the meal. We will be back!!
