This place always blows my mind on how good of a meal you can have an older style bar.

This is one of those places that has been around since I was a kid although, back then it was on John R, just north of 8 mile.

The Shantie is a great neighborhood dive bar The food is delicious and resonantly pricedThe interior is a bit retro but adds to the charm.

Only eating twice was great they will be happy they decided to stop in
