Ponderosa Steakhouse - Warren

Today is a very sad day. The Ponderosa is officially closed for business! Many great meals here, even if the quality of food went a little downhill over the years. But the buffet was very iconic and the staff were very friendly and very courteous. Thanks for the great meals and memories. For all employees we wish you all the best in your future!

Very nice salad and lunch buffet! They kept everything fresh and hot. Delicious 6oz Sirloin cooked also perfectly! It was worth driving an hour to eat in this Ponderosa. All near Akron, Ohio went out of business.

My girls wanted a buffet, not a Chinese. So we tried Ponderosa. The prices for the buffet are very good. I was impressed by the selection of the hot items. Got two hot bars. Has a full salad bar and dessert bar. The place is clean, the staff is friendly.

Brunch was well filled, fresh and good temperature. I was very happy for the price. The food sector was clean and the dishes were all kept and the participant kept things weakened. Very impressive. Only what was unhappy was the potato cake or hashbrown patties, my suggestion would be that they are not baked because they are sitting in this steam table just falling apart. Apart from that, the waiting staff is great. Vinegar and oil on the salad bar could be washed and filled more frequently. Stop the good work.

My father and I took the trip from Cleveland to enjoy a meal together. We haven’t had Ponderosa in a very long time and we were very satisfied with the food and the service. Heather was a great waitress and made our visit fell like a blast from our past!
