Cottage Inn Pizza - Warren

Avoid ordering from this restaurant at all costs! The employees are awful. Just like other reviewers, I ordered a pizza for delivery and it never arrived. I called an hour after placing my order and was told it was on its way. When I called again half an hour later, I was informed that it was just being made. After speaking to the manager, who was incredibly rude, I decided not to eat the food from here. I considered reaching out to corporate, but based on other reviews, it seems like they wouldn't care.

Do not order from this restaurant. I placed an online order, went to pick it up and the store was closed (during normal business hours). My credit card was charged and the manager refuses to refund my card. Keeps saying to call back when the general manager is there. I have called multiple times over 4 days and the general manager is never there. I went to the store to request the refund and got the same outcome. The manager has hung up on me and is refusing to take my calls now. Do not waste your money here.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and they are very quick. I order from here at least every other week. Their bread and garlic knots are delicious and a must-try. I also recommend the chicken pizza with Alfredo sauce - it's excellent too.

Thought I would give them a try . Was very disappointed . Paid $11.65 for a small with two toppings . The pepperoni was sparse . The green peppers were big huge chunks and the crust was undercooked and raw in parts . I had also heard that they put sesame seeds on the crust but this didn't have any . Would have been better off with a large from Little Caesars for 5 bucks . I'll know better next time .

I walked into the restaurant and was immediately met with silence from the employees. I told the employee with glasses behind the counter my name and order, but he didn't say a word in response. My order was handed to me without any acknowledgment. Unfortunately, both the pizza and bread I received were undercooked. The lack of customer service from both the man with glasses and the woman working there was surprising. I even left a $2 tip online, but still received no communication. I wasn't expecting special treatment, but the complete absence of communication was disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I reached out to customer service via email, but have yet to receive a response.
