Food was really good. We had Honey BBQ wings, Whole wings, Shrimp hush puppies. Order was correct finally got xtra BBQ sauce I always request.

This location is very very unprofessional. Me and my mom were rung up for the wrong order the employee: Brittney. Told me not to worry about it. And me and my mother were sitting at the window, while she looked at us multiple times, for like 25 mins. And then she left. Leaving the other employees to worry about her cashing me out for the wrong order. From the beginning, she was very rude with how she took our order. So very poor customer service. Order fried fish and extra bread for fish sandwiches over the phone. After paying, waiting and receiving my food, I asked for hot sauce. The lady states ?they are out of hot sauce?. Lastly, they are continently located next to Meijer. It?s the effortlessness for me. And refused a refund.

Sloooowwwwwwwwwww. I called ahead, while waiting at the CVS Pharmacy about a mile away. 30 min prior. I was told ten minutes. I get there and I?m still waiting another 15 min!!! It doesn?t take 45 min to fry some chicken. Do not order from here unless you have time to waste. And it?s not busy!!! There?s no one in the drive thru or the lobby. It?s 1:13. Terrible service. No apology for the wait or anything. And then I get my food and Im missing

So far everytime I stop there has been good.Nothing bad to say.Tastes better than some of the other chicken restaurants.
