Andy's Frozen Custard - Warr Acres

Never been before. The employees were super friendly. Service was quick and accurate and the ice cream was great!

Their chocolate custard was wonderful. I had their concrete with chocolate custard, peanut butter cups and Oreos. The chunks of candy and ice cream mix was great. The mix was all the way through the custard not just at the top. Great job.

Took the kids after dinner. They love the huge outdoor menu with plenty of visual depictions of the menu items. The hubs and I like the big outdoor area and the option to do the drive-through, plus the custard is actually really good. Lol. The price is a little high, but not too much that you can't make this a treat night out with friends or family. I do wish the person who helped us at our location was friendlier. She made us feel rushed and seemed annoyed by us, which contrasted with what I saw as I stepped up to the window, which was the fun she was having with a coworker as they stood waiting for customers. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Overall, it was a good experience, though. I recommend it if you can ignore the service and just enjoy the custard.

I love Andy's. But time it BAD SERVICE. had 5 things on order only got 1 then got other 4 after 25 minutes. Then it was thrown together.

Amazing customer service when ordering in the drive thru!! The guy who took my order was super nice. I love personalizing my own custards here, they have so many options! :
