Dunkin' - Warner

I just took a sip of the most bitter coffee from Dunkin. My friend got a bitter coffee too. We both threw them away. Horrible! That must've been sitting there since yesterday. Plus, our donuts were stale as heck.

Not to bad, but they can never seem to get my coffee right. For instance the last time I went there they put way to much cream in it and the time before that they put hardly any Carmel in it.

Drive through is always closed. Close at noon and have 5 people standing around doing nothing. Absolute garbage place now

This particular location is brutally understaffed resulting in my family sitting in line for 20+ minutes for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The dining room is often closed and the online orders get turned off because of staffing issues. Even after that much time in line we left without all that we ordered. A somewhat simple order that couldn't be completed in almost 25 minutes.

I thought moving across the street would make it better. Not so. 3:00 pm and closed.manager should be in there working when no one will.
