Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered the three-piece chicken tender dinner, which came with three tenders, fries, a onion ring, and a drink for about $8. The chicken tasted pretty good, but the shape of the tenders was quite odd. As for the onion ring, I wasn’t impressed with just one crunchy ring. I ended up throwing it out of the window as soon as I opened the box because it looked unappetizing and was not completely intact. I placed my order at one of the stands, and the service was really fast. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I would return, but I think I’ll stick with the chicken tender meal next time.

This is the worst restaurant experience I've ever had! We moved to the window at 9 o'clock, but the cashier told us they were closed. My partner asked, "I thought you were closing at 10?" A disrespectful employee who just came out responded with hostility and offered our company number in a rude manner. He then got into a confrontation with my partner, using foul language! I hope you have cameras inside to capture how he was acting. This has been an awful experience! We left and went to another Popeyes. I sincerely hope this employee gets the help he needs. I will never spend a dime here again!

The staff seemed to be understaffed and likely overworked. The service manager was very friendly, and the woman at the window was quite pleasant as well. Although they were a bit slow, it was clear they were operating with limited personnel. The general manager or district manager really needs to provide them with some much-needed assistance. We enjoyed our meal, but the apple cakes were missing the outer cinnamon sugar. Overall, we were very happy and truly appreciate the efforts of the staff who worked on August 4, 2022, at 5:45 PM. Keep it up!

If your lobby can’t be open then my wallet stays closed. Wild wing cafe is right next door with open inside seating.

My husband and I went through the drive through on 7/3/22 4:00pm. We were greeted with.GO AHEAD WITH YOUR ORDER! As my husband requested the 5pc for 6.99 the workers microphone didn 't have the best reception which caused my husband to ask the worker to repeat herself. Which she did with an attitude. We only have legs and thighs . Then, we were rudely asked to pull around! Instead we drove off letting the associate working the drive thru know she was rude! This has happened several times, but I 'm fed up with these unprofessional people. We don 't deserve the unprofessional service! If you all don 't want to work stay home!
