Mcdonald's - Warner Robins

I didn't want to write any criticism, but I saw the low rating and read the other reviews and felt compelled to add my two cents. I'm coming.

I went last week and had a request for nuggets. I was at 2 o'clock and my nuggets were terrible. they tasted as if they had been fried twice. I ate some.

This situation is good. it is understandable that the service is somewhat slow and lines are long during peak hours. overall this is a good mcdonald’s location.

At 8:30, the bathroom was dirty and the floors were greasy. The utensils were not clean and the drinks were served in dirty glasses. I had to wait for someone to take my order, despite being second in line. The noise in the background was loud and distracting. The windows were dirty, which was disappointing considering the restaurant had beautiful decorations inside. Overall, it was a shame that the experience was marred by such inconsistencies.

I had a difficult experience at this restaurant due to difficulties with the kiosk machines and refusal to accept my coupon unless I used the drive-thru. The young cashier was disrespectful and rude towards seniors. The staff appeared unable to handle basic questions and lacked professionalism. I would not recommend dining at this location on 123 Russell Blvd due to their rudeness and incompetence.
