This was an hour ago, couldn't get in touch with anyone after it let 4 families order pizzas but they definitely charged every one of us. I knew better, everyone knows domino's is a last ditch resort. 17 years in the hospitality industry and never seen service worse than this company.
Tonight I ordered 10 pizzas online and should pick up at 6:15. they were not done, and after 30 minutes they recognized two from my order were sent to another place. but, the employees were so helpful, apologetic and friendly, despite the mistake and inconvenience it was for us. they all worked hard, phones were constant, and the ride through and pickups were nonstop. thanks, dominos, for pleasant smiles and a delicious dinner despite the small swallow. my daughter and I had a good talk about how nice it was even with the extra waiting. we had hunger, but it happened. Thanks again!
I wouldn't give a star, that's the second time I ordered the delivery from there. my order is checked and not arrive until as an hour later....COLD! if you want to eat hot fresh...do not order delivery here!
Management by the name mark was very rude and caused me to cancel my order on the running gear thru window due to the threatening behavior of this manager. he pretended he was ready to fight a customer and there was even witness. I chased with a hired man and he thought he was a bad name and he went away and everyone wondered why he was crazy! it should be no matter what they think they have heard a customer say that they have to control their wut and be a leader and that they are represented in decent wise. I don't know if mark manager should be if he can't control his angry. I know that if he still works there, according to the way he reacts to customers, they will lose a lot of business because I am a lot of people who will no longer go into these dominas smh.
Dominoes Order Wouldn’t use gift card that is active and new. Very rude and said that I had to pay for the pizza another way or give the food back.
