Wawa - Warminster

I can't comment much on the food since I usually just stop by for a coffee and to inflate my car tires or fill up the tank. However, the customer service here is consistently excellent. I've never had a bad experience, whether it was at 2 PM or during the busy noon hours. From my experience, the store is always clean and well-stocked. This is especially impressive given the number of cars and customers during the early afternoons. I almost deducted a star because the air pump is placed uncomfortably at the entrance of the lot. When a car is waiting to use the pump, it can be tricky to maneuver out of your parking spot and get to the space next to the machine with other cars coming in to get gas.

This is the third time I’ve placed the same order at this restaurant, and once again they messed it up. How difficult is it to not include chicken and beans in my quesadilla when I specifically didn’t ask for them? I’ve ordered from other Wawa locations without any issues, so I don’t understand why this keeps happening here.

Today I saw in disbelief when a young female employee (wear red uniform) left the toilet and left restroom without washing her hands. Self-esteem: Never, never, never food from this place.

Wawa must update its control system. My license is up to date, but I didn't get a new card when I lost my camera card. The registration of the license number would be better than a mutant Qr scan.

This is the second time I've ordered a 16oz hot latte and it hasn't been full. I mentioned this to the woman preparing the latte, but she responded rather rudely, trying to explain the process of making lattes. She claimed that the issue was due to the almond milk, as it froths up. However, I'm aware of how lattes are made, and it seems like there simply isn’t enough milk being used. To illustrate my point, I poured the latte into a regular 16 oz cup without drinking any, and it didn’t even come close to filling it. I suggest going to a Wawa where the staff actually understands how to make a proper latte, rather than trying to explain the process to customers.
