When it was my turn at around 5:01, the woman working said, "we closed at 5, so I can't take your order." Maybe Dieucks should consider paying their employees for those extra 5 minutes, or at the very least, put up a sign indicating the drive-thru closing time. Everyone's time is valuable, including mine.
The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow and disorganized. It took 15 minutes just to get a drink, even though the place wasn't busy. It seemed like the staff was more concerned with finishing their shift early than taking care of the customers.
I understand that everyone is short staffed now, but you still need to care just a little bit. Apparently they dropped my first Frappuccino, not a problem. Second one they forgot I had asked for no crunches on top and seemed annoyed when I very politely declined her offer to scrape them off the top (they get down inside the drink right away). Third try (photo attached) was all ice chunks and was undrinkable.
Starbucks is not as good to me as it once was.....seems like the service has been less than desirable lately. It seems like I have been waiting much longer than I used to. Sometimes they don't even call your name and then you have to keep checking and getting in people's way.My Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte was not good the last 2 times and I have never complained about Starbuck's prices because I was always satisfied but now after paying over $6 for a coffee that was at best Mediocre, I am not happy...
Warrington Starbucks customer service is much better then warminster Starbucks.
