I have been to every Dunkin' donuts in Springfield and this is by far the worst you can tell these people don't care about their jobs and don't want to be there every time I get coffee from there it's a different color and I ordered the same exact thingevery time food is always cold and croissants are hard

I visited this place to order a medium strawberry dragonfruit refresher with lemonade. I have these every day, so I know that the regular refresher costs $3.30, and with lemonade, it's $3.84. I was charged for the lemonade, but when I received my drink, it looked overly pink. I asked the staff if there was lemonade in it, and she confirmed there was before handing my card back. However, when I took a sip while driving away, I realized there was no lemonade in it at all. Although I prefer not to leave negative reviews, I work nearby and would love to visit more often, but it seems that's not possible now.
