McDonald's - WARD

Went to grab quick dinner for my self and nephew as was hot day and at a little later ordered A Mc Chicken meal and only a Mc Chicken the lady that took out order kept pushing button wrong and said oops and after several tries got the meal in then she continued and seemed ok looked like she put it in ok so we paid and got home we were missing McChicken and she put the other McChicken in as plain. I drove back and she was really rude to me arguing I got it all wrong and didn't order that and she only put in what she was told and refused to give me my order properly. Never have I been treated that way by someone working in costumer service. To top everything off I called left a message and jo one has called me back it's been 2 days

In Picton for a family reunion weekend. Ate here twice and it was so good I 'm compelled to give a public shout out! Had breakfast and it was served hot, fresh and quick. Cheeseburgers the next day were on point. Coke wasn 't watered down. But the star was the Iced Coffee. We 've had a lot this month (thank you Dollar Drink Days) and my husband and I were both like "why are they so much better here? What 's the secret? LOL! Lobby and washrooms were also A+ clean!

The family and I went here after an amazing beach day. It was a HORRIBLE experience. There was multiple hairs in our food. The employees ignored us and were rude. We waited forever. The bathroom had paper towel all over the floor. The egg mcmuffin was burnt. I do not recommend at all.

I went to Sandbaks beach with my family and we decided to order McDonald’s .The employee attitude was as if she was annoyed or frustrated to be working assisting a customer . We were having problems hearing her because we had a baby in the car and she became upset because we asked her to repeat herself and inquired about an old deal they had . As we picked up the food at the next window she nearly dropped the drinks when she handed it over rudely to my teen son while saying and “I hope you don’t come back “ I contained myself only because of my kids and cousins were in the car ! Because I was Gona tell her quite a few things she needed to hear !

We arranged to meet some of our group here, the coffee snd food was okay, the servive was good and there is plenty of parking available.
