The forging plate was outstanding! The staff treated us like we were part of a long-lost family! Ten stars! Just a word of caution: what appears to be plucked piglets in a pod is actually plucked chili.
However, the girl checked with the kitchen and, to my delight, the chef offered me a freshly made baguette with a choice of fillings. I opted for a combination of red salad, prosciutto, and this amazing cheese that tasted like "heaven on Earth." I asked if she could cut it into three pieces so I could share it with others in my car. I want to express my gratitude for turning my visit to Warburton into an unforgettable experience. This chef saved me from a regrettable drive-thru meal at McDonald's on my way back home to Melbourne. A big thank you to the three employees who were working on January 13th. My visit to Warburton was truly memorable, and I can't wait to come back with my family to try that incredible cheese!
The wine flight was a great way to sample a few wines and different cheeses. All were delicious
Great friendly staff, wine tasting and food was amazing! Would definitely return next time we are in the area.
