Kwong Ming Restaurant . - Wantagh

Saturday January 29th 2011 about 8:30pm, my husband and I went to Kwong Ming Chinese restaurant which is located at 3342 Jerusalem Avenue, Wantagh-NY 11793. We ordered 1 corona for my husband and proceeded to order a meal (special tasting sample menu about $24.95/person) which included special soup which also included a special surprise when we got it. While we were eating and saying how delicious the soup was, I noticed on my spoon there was a dead baby roach (or small insect) floating in the soup while we were eating. Right after that we stopped eating and notified the server and the management about it. They don't charge us anything and we just went home. We felt so disgusted! Please Do Not Eat There For Your Own Health!!!!

It was our first time their love the Decore of the restaurant the food portions were great the food was amazing including the homemade egg rolls took food home. The prices were great the manager was very nice clean restaurant. Family dinner for two is 35.00 dollars comes with soup for two appetizers to share dinner for each person and shared dessert Gary are waiter was very good and very funny it was like being at dinner and a show. He was great will definitely be going back. Parking: Small parking lot it’s in a shared plaza so not sure if there was parking in the back also it is under construction in the outside.

The Ole gray Kwong Ming ain't what it used to be. The service was very slow and the food was also so-so.
