I can handle a morning rush, but my bagel was burned to a crisp. I haven't even checked my father's breakfast yet, but I am very disappointed. In addition, I witnessed the staff giving another customer the wrong order. This was my third time ordering from here and the second time I felt like I wasted my money. It was so bad that I just threw it in the trash. Update: my father's bagel was also burned to a crisp. This is unacceptable for a reputable business.
Bagel Way has now become The Bagel Tree North, with the same owner as the Bagel Tree in Franklin. Stop by and savor a freshly made, hand-rolled, boiled, and baked bagel.
This restaurant seems to be struggling with its identity - is it Bagel Way or Bagel Tree? Regardless, the bagels at this location are not up to par. They are small and not very tasty. The prices are high and the staff can be rude. The confusion over the signage and why this satellite store is so subpar is concerning. It seems like this may be where rejected bagels end up. The only reason this place is still in business is because there are no other bagel options nearby, except for fast food bagels from Dunkin Donuts across the street. If another bagel shop opens up nearby, this restaurant's lack of quality and options will likely lead to its downfall.
I have only been to this restaurant once, but I am already planning to return soon! I ordered a taylor ham, egg, and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel, and it was amazing. I am looking forward to coming back again!
