The Kebab Place – Shop 24, Cnr Mirrabooka Avenue Griffon Way, Alexander Heights (Alexander Heights Shopping Centre). Pictured: chicken kebab with the lot $11.50. Everyone loves a kebab every now and then and I am fortunate enough to have a local kebab store nearby that knows what they are doing. I usually order the chicken kebab with the lot because I love egg and cheese in my kebab. My ‘must have’ sauces are also hot chilli and garlic. Yum! The guys here are really friendly. The service is quick and they make their own turkish bread in store. There’s also the options of pides and pizzas. I always wanted to try a pide but then I couldn’t have my kebab! hahaha first world problems. They’re generous with their sauces and filling which is great. Nice place for a quick bite. Although I do personally prefer Ali Baba’s more because I think their bread isn’t as thick.
Can't believe it took us so long to discover this place, but we are instant regulars now. The Turkish bread is absolutely the best we've ever had- they make it fresh in store for the kebabs and sell loaves separately as well. If you take home a loaf, make sure to grab a second one because it will be gone in seconds.
Yum, fresh baked bread such care taken to make our kebabs. My son believes it's the best kebab he's had :
I’ve had a lot of kebabs around Perth, but these are just sublime. The kebab meat is spicy and fresh, the salad is crisp, and the flat-bread is incredible. Not a cheap flat-bread, this is fluffy in the middle, crisp on the outside, and adds to the flavour profile of the kebab beautifully. A Turkish flat-bread. The staff are lovely, too.
