Eiscafe Venezia - Wangerooge

We did not expect to find such a beautiful Italian restaurant here in this small town, especially as it is an imprisoned public (complete visitor) and there is only one handful of other restaurants here. but it was really good, quiet and organized. you could just. have a take-away ice cream or pizza or put you in a three-course menu. the two waiters were really efficient and it was possible to pay at the end with an Ec card. it was also open all day, which was handy.

Low season. empty island. as every year the owner sits in front of the restaurant and smokes a ziggy. the service is just a minute later at our table and delights our family. just a few minutes after the order, the pizza was finished, the wine grapes became...served and we had a very nice night. as always. grazie mille!

The restaurant has an outdoor and indoor seating area, both typical Italian not the charming luxury restaurant, but very beautiful mid-range environment. also there is a counter for ice cream pick-a-way. eating is enough of all kinds of pizza over pasta and salat. for children, there are also Fön-Fries. also ice cream and coffe and cold or hot drinks are served. the toilets are nice and clean. the waiter and the staff are simply wonderful. elegant and competent and always try to fulfill all special desires. the food is served in a short time and is simply acceptable! tastes like italy! the prices are moderate the pizza margherita was something, but it was really a big pizza! children are not a problem, they are very welcome.

Im Eiscafé Venezia haben wir mit 10 Personen Pizza gegessen.Sitzen kann man drinnen oder im überdachten Außenbereich. Der Außenbereich ist eher einfach und nicht besonders gemütlich. Drinnen ist es aber i.O.Alle 10 Pizzen kamen ziemlich zeitgleich und waren sehr lecker!

Die Inneneinrichtung versprüht im hohen Norden ein ganz bisschen italienischen Charme, von dem sich die Bedienungen allerdings ruhig auch etwas zulegen könnten. Hier muss ich mich einigen Vorrednern zumindest etwas zustimmen, wenngleich ich nicht von "unfreundlich" sprechen würde. Die Pizzen sind groß und gut, entsprechend den Inselpreisen natürlich etwas teurer als auf dem Festland. Das Eis war auch bei all unseren Besuchen sehr lecker.
