My friend ordered the salad plate and was thrilled by a spectrum of salads, including green, cucumber, carrot, cabbage, potato with vinegar not mayonnaise, and tomato. I decided on the Flammkuchen, a thincrust pizza, with pepperoni, bell peppers and herbs. The pepperoni was the best I've had, period: lean and very flavorful warning: peperoni, spelled with rather than p's, means pickled or hot peppers, not sausage, in German usage in this case, I'm talking about the sausage!. I also ordered a coffee and it came with a housebaked cookie that was so good we ended up buying a small bag of them. You enter this cafe through its bake shop, which also makes chocolates. To top off our experience, I left my parka hanging on a hook on the wall and remembered and returned for it two hours later: it was still hanging there, undisturbed. A small gem in a beautiful little city
This caferestaurant looked very attractive and offered various versions of Flammkuchen a thin, pizzastyle meal which is a speciality of Alsace. We ordered two different versions but both were disappointing. The waitress asked if we'd enjoyed the meal and when we gave our opinion,...she was rather brusque, and justified the good quality by saying no one else has ever complained!! She needs a course in customer relations! Also, they don't take credit cards

We stumbled over the cafe whale, close to the st. martin’s gate, while we explore the city cheering on the juni a cheerful waitress let us use menus (not in English, but if I could not speak German, the young waitress would have practiced) and a large bottle of water. my friend ordered the salat plate and was thrilled with a spectrum of salads, including green, gurke, carrot, cauliflower, kartoffel (with vinegar not mayonnaise), and tomaten. I chose the flaky cake, a thin-grained pizza, with paprika, paprika and crumble. the pfefferoni was the best thing I had, period: lean and very tasteful (warning: peperoni, with instead of p’s booked, means picked or sharp paprika, not sausage, in German use in this case, I speak about the sausages that I ordered also a coffee and it came with a house baked biscuits that ended so well. they enter this caffe through its bakery, which also makes chocolate. to surpass our experience, I left my parka hanging from a hook on the wall and remembered and returned two hours later for them: it was still hanging there, undisturbed. a small jewel in a beautiful little town.
