I tried the Chilli Addict burger. Chips shared. Had to buy water. Cut to the chase. Dry, bland and uninspiring food. Miffed when I know make better burgers (fresh, tasty, juicy! at home kitchen. Kids somehow dazzled by marketing. Booth was fun.
3/12/21 I ordered a meal of $51.60 on their website for delivery. 30 minutes after taking my money and preparing the order I receive a text from Doordahs (their delivery partner that they choose) saying the order was cancelled and the restaurant was unable to complete the order. After going back n forth between the restaurant and door dash I am none the wiser as to why my meal was cancelled other than to say that Grilld manager claimed that DoorDash picked it up and likely cancelled the order to keep the meal for themselves which I do not believe. I completed an online Feedback from on Friday night and have followed up 8 times via phone and 4 times via Email (and repeated feedback) and no one has refunded me and/or contacted me. I am just fobbed off. I have now had to do a charge back request with my bank. I am at a loss for words as to what to say now. I have never had an experience such as this and I will no longer use this business which I have done almost weekly for the past year. Seriously warped company.
Food good, sweet potato fries really good, service great from thoughtful young man, perfect for meat and chips friends.
Long day out with kids final got to the must do errands this was a compromise between fast “American” food and Mums choice. Kid’s meals were great generous sizes. Very happy to accommodate gluten free orders. An upgrade over “happy”.
Very bad service, dirty water glasses,poor hygiene, soggy and undercooked chips. A huge waste of money.
