Cosy little neighbourhood restaurant that you would only visit if you lived close by or they deliver great food, service and atmosphere...and they do the latter in spades. While it isn't exactly like being in France, the menu cleverly uses local produce matched to French techniques and flavours. The highlight for me was the fondant...omg...yum. The varied menu and wine list will keep us coming back.

Dined here in May and thoroughly enjoyed the meal and service. Will definitely be heading back again.

Yet another fantastic little French themed eatery in Geelong ( of all places !!! ). This new little place in Belmont is a real winner , I had never dared to have steak tartar anywhere else before but this place won me over , we were a group of six, and everything was delicious and arrived in a timely manner. Four of the group had dined in real French restaurants in France, ( Paris and regional ) , and they all reported that this place was as authentic as you would be able to get in the Antipodes. Well done " Plume " !!! I particularly enjoyed the aforementioned steak tartar and the duck was also a winner as was the chicken liver parfait -- NB : probably NOT the place to go to for vegans etc but everyone else -- yum, yum , yum !!

We enjoyed as a group, our first visit. The service is excellent and the menu very inviting.The place has a lovely ambiance, especially the back room. Most of the food is excellent. The croquettes are about the best I've tasted, the salads & veg dishes very tasty and most were happy with their mains. A couple of us were disappointed in the confit duck which was dry ! Will return and give dinner a go soon.
