Trout Restaurant Cafe/bar - Wanaka

Have been twice now and had best blue cod ever! Great service and lovely view of the lake front. Highly recommend

Great and friendly staff. Fish and chips were a little blend, but the pulled pork burger and open steak sandwich was excellent. Roasted garden salad was refreshing.

Great food! Our table had a varied assortment of dishes from fish n chips to French toast, eggs Benedict to calamari, every dish was delicious (I cheekily tried them all) and the service was always with a smile! Best spot to eat and drink in Wanaka by far!! Well done team trout!

I had a wonderful evening at Trout Bar, enjoying the charming atmosphere with great friends. We ordered a sharing platter, and it was hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. The staff were fantastic and friendly. I can't wait to go back next time!

A week later, I'm still thrilled with the warm and attentive service provided by the staff, especially Tanya and Max (apologies if I misspelled your names!). They were all truly wonderful and made us feel very welcome. (Thank you for looking after my mom while we visited the Rocky Mountain!)
