Vine - Waltham Cross

The food was great, it can not fail, we had the 4 starters for £18 recommend the nachos. but the service was very slow. we had to go to the counter three times, as we had to ask for a second round drinks for a menu after we had to come over to order a drink to the person who had joined us 10 minutes earlier. I said I would still go back and sit somewhere near the bar, we were hidden in a corner, so maybe that's why, out of the understood.

Second visit here. First time was great. This time not so great. Hardly any guests in the restaurant but service was extremely slow. Waited 30 mins for starters which was described as halloumi fries but when it came it was strips of grilled halloumi. Mains arrived 20 minutes after starter dishes were cleared which also took a while . Foods was of standard value and edible. What was annoying was that the staff were too busy watching the TV rather than serving customers.
