Przekaż informację zwrotnąI placed an online order but made a mistake, so I called to correct it. The person who answered the phone refused to make any changes before the order left the store. I explained that I have a meat allergy and cannot eat the food, but he still wouldn't help. I am very upset and disappointed with the service.
The restaurant had excellent service, with quick and efficient staff members who were polite and helpful.
Be cautious when ordering takeout from this restaurant, as they surprisingly charge for bags. This practice is not common among other take-out restaurants in Waltham, including McDonald's, Burger King, Chipotle, Subway, and other independent establishments. I find it unacceptable to pay extra for something that is typically provided for free. Even a simple paper bag should not be an added expense for customers. I believe this practice should not be normalized and would not recommend supporting a restaurant that operates in this way.
Driver, said they where looking for the number for 5 minutes, instead of just call like the note says, because I'm working on remodeling the house so it's no number on it, but I especially said on the note, working across from the park, wired fence in tha who front of the property, you can misse that. And still she send a text saying that she called and if I don't answer she will cancel the order, I did answer the call. Unprofessional
I have been in many Subway and have never been so disappointed. Very limited and small amount of food added to the sandwiches. One of the guys who was making sandwiches patted the other guy’s hand not to put anymore food. Why would anyone do that in front of customers???
