Dunkin Donuts in Massachusetts has the worst donuts! There is always a long line, and they are frequently out of popular items. However, the service is quick and efficient for both dine-in and take-out orders. The lines can be long during the day, but overall it is a decent place to grab a quick bite to eat.

The staff at this restaurant is cheerful and dedicated, displaying excellent manners. They provide quick and punctual food delivery, with effective communication between employees and customers. The establishment is clean, with a diverse group of American employees. Although there is no drive-through option, the efficient team makes up for it.

I love going to this restaurant every morning. The waitstaff knows exactly what I want as soon as I walk in the door. Kudos to the staff!

I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts almost daily since I began working in Waltham years ago. This morning I went in to get my coffee just to be told I need to wear a face mask, again. I’ve been going there daily for months without having to wear a mask and to have it suddenly implemented again just puts a lot of stress on people for no good reason. I don’t know if this is per manager discretion or not but where I work that is how we operate. I understand employers requiring employees to be masked if they want, but requiring all guests and customers to be as well is a many steps too far and absolutely in the wrong direction. Bad experience and won’t be returning unless this mandate is lifted.
