The plain naan was excellent. I had the Navaratan Korma with veggies, which came with a delicious sauce. The Samosa Chaat with chickpeas was also fantastic. The Hyderabadi Chicken Britannia was very good too, though I recommend opting for the boneless chicken. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely return!"
1. There was nearly half an inch of oil sitting on top of almost all the curries. 2. I'm skeptical about the dish shown in the attached image being called "pav bhaji." I was really disappointed by its color. So, don't be fooled by the picture on the website. 3. The portion size of the chaat was excessively large; for instance, it was difficult to find a piece of samosa in the "samosa chaat," as the bowl was overloaded with yogurt, chickpeas, and crunchy snacks. Diners are looking for quality, not just quantity. Overall, this restaurant feels like just another Indian eatery in Massachusetts that doesn't prioritize authentic flavors.
For the past three months, I've been a regular visitor to this restaurant, and I must say the cuisine is exceptional. I’ve ordered many times, mainly for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I have always been pleased with my meals. Pleasant Indian music plays on a great sound system, creating a lively atmosphere. The service is excellent, and the staff are very kind. The food is both delicious and fresh. I highly recommend that you try the dishes at this restaurant. Thank you so much, Bonfire; I truly enjoy your food!
We live in Lexington and passed by Bonfire a number of times. Today I had an amazing lunch with very pleasant staff.
Best Indian food I've had since 2013! I ordered the Lamb Rogan Josh, and specified spicy. I got exactly that. It was a great mix of serious heat, and serious flavor. The Masala fries were better than any pizza place fry I've ever had. My friends enjoyed the Palak paneer, lamb biryani, and tandoori chicken. Their mild is spicy for sensitive eaters, but if you like any spice at all, this place is perfect. For dessert, we had the Carrot Halwa and Gujab Jamon. (Pictured) They're both warm, and delicious.
