They’ve also introduced a new menu with helpful pictures, which is great. The second dish I tried was the Cold Water Shrimp ($12.95), which turned out to be the long-forgotten Swedish shrimp. I never imagined I'd find these here! The texture was slightly off since they were previously frozen, but they were still very tasty. The dipping sauce was fantastic as well. I might have overlooked this dish if it weren’t for the pictures on the new menu. The waiter attempted to explain their origin using his phone, which humorously suggested the North Pole—but I think the North Sea would be a more accurate location. Is anyone else serving these delicious shrimp?

This place is highly recommended by my Waltham friend. The restaurant is clean and comfortable with enough seating space. The service and the food are pretty good! Came here for their signature Lanzhou Noodle Soup. Turned out we had too many dishes thatwe wanted to try? ordered Aries? Beef Offal Noodle, Spicy Duck Slices, Spicy Numbing Pork Intestines Stir Fried Pot, ChineseCrepes, Stir Fried Beef Pancakes? for two? and the server stopped us for ordering more. The Noodle came with a large bowl, thesoup was light and perfect, Spicy Stir Fried Pot and Stir Fried Pancakes were good too. The Duck and Crepes was ok. Overall,I?ll always come back!

I had the smoked and grilled lamb chops, Aries Lanzhou beef noodle soup, quick-fried tripe, sliced lotus with mixed vegetables, and Aries steamed fish and pork and chive dumplings. Everything was fantastic, and I would definitely eat here again!

The Lanzhou ramen here is delicious and reasonably priced. There's a paid parking lot next to the restaurant. The noodles have a great elasticity and chewiness, and the meat is cooked perfectly.

Incredible! One of the best Lanzhou hand pulled noodles I?ve ever had. The noodles were fresh and bouncy and the broth was addicting. The beef was also very tender. Big bowl too! Also really enjoyed and recommend the beef tripe in chili oil dish.
