Waffle House - Walterhill

After a weekend in Knoxville, we stopped and had breakfast. Ordered scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, toast and coffee. Everything was hot when served, tasted good. Server was very attentive. We were able to get a booth as soon as we walked in the restaurant. I was impressed watching the cook and how she kept orders straight.

Called to place an order, they set the phone down for over 20 minutes, pretty sure they forgot about me and/or wanted me to hang up. Definitely don’t try calling in to this location they simply hate taking those orders.

The food was burnt and they left off part of our order and when we called back to tell them they acted offended and was kinda hateful.

Really like popping in here for breakfast before a big UT game. The servers/cooks are so dang nice and take great care of everyone. Love the TouchTunes jukebox so I can blast Rocky Top to get us hyped up.
