Nashville Hot Chicken Fish - Walterhill

The staff was very friendly and the hot rub on the fried chicken was good. I think the chicken is fried in the same oil as the fish, so as someone who doesn't like fish…I was not a fan of that. But all in all, it was good quality.

The food is great. Customer service is excellent. I called my order in and it was ready in the time I was told.

Slowest service ever. We have been waiting over an hour for food ordered to go! When I got my food I had ordered the fish sandwich. What I got was two long pieces of fried fish and two pieces of white bread set to the side. No lettuce, tomorrow, pickle or even tarter sauce! I assumed it would be included but I guess sauce is upon request? The fish was cold and I took one bite and pulled two fish bones out of my mouth. I will not go back. Once I learned about Nashville Hot Chicken and Fish was open, I had to try it. I lived in Nashville 50 years of my life. I wanted see how close they came to the hot chicken I would often eat when I lived in Nashville. It only took three bits to determine that this place was the real deal. In one month, I have ate there and I have not been disappointed. If you like the real deal when it comes to hit chicken, you will enjoy their food. Note: I have only had the “Hot”, never the flaming hot.
