Krystal - Walterhill

Only reason for two stars it was hot. Went via drive thru. I ordered the 4 Krystal with chili fries. Wasn't given a total told to drive around. She gave me the total didn't repeat my order. Gave my card back and my drink. Told me it would be a min food had to cook. I knew something wasn't right I ordered you main thing you should have made during lunch. I stopped at this location a couple times prior, and I had a pretty good experience. My food was cooked fresh, the staff was pleasant. This particular visit was the opposite. My food wasn't as hot, and it was extremely salty. The cashier was a little short with me but nothing extremely egregious. I don't frequent Krystal, but this particular visit will definitely lessen my visits even more.

Ordered 10 Krystal's and 2 Krystal chick meals at 12:30 am 12/7. Guy at the window said my order was to much I should have called ahead. Then the guy in the back started cussing me. And I told the guy at the window I could hear everything the other guy was saying and the guy in the back said he didn't give a blank ity blank.

The service has always been good when we have had a craving for the Krystal cuisine. The fries are always hot fresh. It just needs to be cleaner.

Food was Raw. Spent 30 bucks for dinner for family and had to go home and cook it myself. Horrible management as well
