Had an issue with door dash. Essentially the order got cancelled. Not much sure whose fault it was, don’t care. The point is that Michael (Ice Cream) took care of me. Replaced the meal and had it ready as soon as I walked in the door. Good customer service deserves recognition. Thanks Ice Cream!

The total vibe is not the same. Use to have a server and now they have switched to order at the front and find a seat, and get your own drink vibe. The food wasn’t as good as it use to be and you no longer get the biscuits as a basket they come with your meal and they weren’t fresh. The whole vibe felt cold. I use to love it here and ever since covid etc. it has completely changed and not for the best.

I love their food. Cheese biscuits are our families favorite. I do wish the pork ribs were much more soft and not red pink inside still but they said that’s how they come out. If the ribs were “fall out the bone” soft I would buy more often. I ordered 3 baked potatoes and were very small. They mentioned they have smaller ones so I thought maybe they confused my order, but no unfortunately I had the regular baked potato. Too small with very little of ingredients inside. The hospitality and food was absolutely amazing. The cheese muffins are songood you may want to purchase a tray of them. Sorry, I could not provide a picture. I had the Smoked Turkey Breast, Macaroni and cheese and Collard Greens. They owe me nothing.

Used to be fantastic. Now the bbq has become mediocre and much more expensive. Not nearly as much smoke ring in the bbq. You can tell they just don’t roll hickory smoke like they used to because it’s like crockpot bbq now. Cheddar biscuits used to be free. The menu is cut back and it’s all self-serve because no staff. Makes me sad because it used to be our go-to bbq place.
