Because the guy on the intercom said is that all is that all before we could ever finish the kids order. My kids have tomato allergies and one burger none on it the other burger had tomatoes on it. Very rude. We will not be returning..
Inside closed, drive through line super long as we waited they just closed at 9:30am. Sunday.
Pulled in the drivethru with one car in front of me. After several minutes they became agitated that nobody was taking their order. The girl with the headset on was too busy smoking in the doorway and gabbing on her cell phone, to be bothered with taking orders. Waited a few more minutes before giving up and leaving. And yes, she was 15 feet from the cars lining up and looked right at us.
As a local I’ve never experienced such a bad food experience in this entire town like I did this Hardee’s today. They were out of more products than they had including biscuits, chicken, ham, omelets, steak, and who else know what. However, that wasn’t even the worst of it. From someone who works in a restaurant I’ve never heard such poor customer service like I did here. Staff was throwing food in the back, manager and heavier set lady in the back absolutely screaming at other employees 6 feet … – show
9—18 -22 at 9:30 Am,Extremely poor customer service. There was no ham to make any kind breakfast meal and was told to pick something else and that was extremely rude.. the cooks in the back were throwing the meals on the counter and there oil was bad cause you can taste it..
