Arby's - Walterhill

The food is good and all. However my husband is unable to speak well so he writes his order down and it never fails that the cashier will always write her questions down to him. He’s not deaf nor mute. He just doesn’t speak well because he has his entire tongue removed due to cancer. Please stop doing that. Thank you!

Stood at the register for five minutes before leaving; wasn't even acknowledged by the dude behind the counter. No, “Be right with you,” “Let me finish this order (if he was working on one).” Nothing. I would've appreciated a, “Get lost, I'm not serving you,” more than being ignored. It would've saved me some time. Hopefully, the three people who showed up in line behind me got something. Ridiculous.

Large seating area. Convenient to interstate and they share a large parking lot with the Love's. It actually shares a large building with the Love's travel center. The resturant was very clean and seemed to be well staffed. I would say their dining area was made to accommodate a bus full of travelers! Arby's menu had expanded since my last visit.

Was terribly plain, predictable (in two ways), and also entirely to over crowded as well as possibly still over smashed with remnant human serf' from the last Decade…??

Employer is very rude to customers. Pounding on counters or wall while listening to music (loud singing) through kitchen. Has an attitude while taking orders (grumpy) is he on (drugs)management is very bad.
