Arby's - Walterhill

Did not get all my food, called to tell them and they will not answer the phone.

Dirty dining room. Took about 10 minutes before anyone showed up to take my order. Food was fine.

We 've used this Arby 's many times, and were fine; however, tonight I found out how they are keeping their profits up during our current tough times. I got a 'market fresh ' turkey sandwich; took it home, l looked inside the bread and found a ridiculously SMALL amount of turkey; it literally was 1 slice of turkey crumbled in the middle. Such a sweet lady! I think it was the manager or the lady that took my order. They had taken my order and when I went to pull up I couldn’t find my wallet so I pulled into the parking lot and after 5 minutes of looking for it, she walked up with my order paid for and said “It be rough sometimes” I wanted to cry! Thank you so much!!

Had a fantastic experience; the food was good, the staff was super friendly, and the bathroom was spotless.
