I really like the wide range of food options and the healthy ready-to-eat snacks they offer. Plus, there's always hot food available, which is a nice bonus. My kids love the variety of fountain drinks and slushies. If you're a fan of beer, you'll be pleased to find that the packs and bottles are always served ice cold. The staff is very helpful and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. Also, the restrooms are consistently clean and well-kept.

Last week, we encountered a bit of an inconvenience when they ran out of ice, so we had to ask for some and wait for it to be delivered. To make matters worse, all the soda machines were out of order. This week, the restrooms are closed. It seems like this restaurant chain could really benefit from some new management.

The website mentions that the restaurant closes at midnight, but when I arrived at 11:20 PM tonight, it was already closed and the lights were off. There were no signs or indications of any change to their operating hours.

The kitchen manager is friendly, but her approach can sometimes feel a bit intense. Nobody wants someone crowding them first thing in the morning, especially if they haven't had the chance to say hello yet. I don’t think she realizes the impact this has on people. Because of this, many of us have begun to skip breakfast at the restaurant and instead visit for other items later in the day.

I didn't get the name of the woman who was working, but she was extremely helpful and friendly! While we were checking out, we ordered several items and didn't realize we were at the card-only register. Despite being busy with other customers, she took the time to assist us with a wonderful attitude!
