I know it's a lack of personnel. I was there two weeks ago. Sundays, really full, but normal after so hot days. An older lady, totally overwhelmed with the whole thing. Unfriendly, inflexible, but the food was good. Why 2 stars

We were eating at lunch, it is self service, the selection is manageable the price adequate the lady at the vault was friendly but yet overwhelmed with the rush food, ice cream, coffee etc. we had to wait for everything.I had onion rust roast of pig I tasted 12.50 euros with pommes.
