Pizza 2000 - Walsall

Hello, my name is Daniela. I am very disappointed with this place. The delivery service is poor and the staff are rude. I live on the 8th floor and 90% of the time I have to go downstairs to collect my food because the delivery man is sitting in his car with his girlfriend or friend. Even when I walked to the shop after a 12.5-hour shift at the hospital and asked for a zinger burger, which I have been ordering every week for the past 6 months, the staff looked at me like I was from another planet and tried to tell me that they have never made a zinger burger before. I am a 46-year-old woman with a fully functioning brain. I work as a TNA in cardiology. Even when I spoke to one of the staff in English, they turned to the others and spoke to them in a different language. This is disrespectful and rude. I will never be back to this shop.

The delivery person from SHAZ was excellent - very polite and I would definitely recommend him as a delivery driver. He was a very nice person. 100% satisfied.

I ordered from deliveroo and half of my items were missing. When I called to inquire about my missing food, the staff was rude. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Out right con job rob you of your money and don't deliver when they tell you don't bother wasting your time and money as they will rob you

Horrible pizza place won’t order again definitely regretting not seeing the reviews earlier before my order was made.
