Absolutely Terrible Experience With This restaurant was short changed by a few pounds and only realised after checking order details contacted restaurant to let them know and woman was just very argumentative, had a call from the driver who was trying to say I was wrong even though I’d sent him the receipt for the amount off the online order he kept trying to get me to come outside my hotel (I’m heavily pregnant so refused for my safety as he was being very agressive) and after this he then proceeded to say “this is what all you whites are like cheapskate motherf**kers” Honestly avoid the food wasn’t impressive either burnt bits of donner in with the kebab as if it had been sitting in Bain Marie all day

Chips were awful, you could break your teeth wished i could day somethong positive but ive no idea how someone could fry chips so badly

Loved the experience there absolutely 10/10. Fish was evenly battered very very fresh, chips were beautifully coated in batter crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and kebab was very juicy and very fresh. One of the best chippys i’ve had!! Highly recommended

These people are just rude, the bloke on the phone was unable to string two sentences together and when he got frustrated put the phone down. When I called back a woman did the same. Save your self the trouble and order from The Village Chippy Brownhills.

Food was disgusting! Apparently battered chips are now the standard type of chips when you order “chips”. Who does that?! They weren’t even battered properly and looked like they just had **** attached to them that is from other food that has been fried. The doner meat was lacking in quality and quantity, it was under done not even a dog would eat that food!
