Jtf Balcony Cafe - Walsall

I would not recommend going when it is busy! My experience yesterday was just okay because there were only 3 tables occupied. The 2 staff members appeared overwhelmed and stressed. The food was decent, but the customer service was terrible.

Staff very friendly. Been in a few times and eaten different items, limited menu but always well presented and tastes good.comfortable cafe and not very expensive.

When we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted by two women who seemed to be in the kitchen, talking to each other. They glanced at us a couple of times but ignored us for a few minutes. One of the women eventually came out and stared at us without saying hello or smiling. She took my loyalty card from my hand without saying anything and then placed it back on the counter, still without any communication. We ordered two cheese toasties, which were extremely dry and lacking in filling. I found mine to be so awful that I gave it to my partner. The staff were incredibly unprofessional and lacked any customer service skills, which was very disappointing.

I had breakfast at this restaurant for a special offer of £1 each. The breakfast was good, but some of it was not hot. A cup of tea and toast were also included. I am not sure if there were any toilets available.

Used jtf since its opening and they can really get some good snacks. there is quite everything! also great real Christmas trees that we have run the last 3 years and she well to januar without heavy shed. recently bought a sofa and the level of customer service from shopping and helps us to organize delivery was not by manager john. will continue shopping here and recommend to others to do so.
