At The Fairlawns At Aldridge - Walsall

I had a voucher for fairlawns and my family (daughter, sister and niee - and I myself) had a relaxing lunch and afternoon tea in the restaurant. the hotel ensured nutritional needs and delivered sourded open sandwiches for one of our party that were delicious....No lacto-free milk unfortunately (which would have made the afternoon most extraordinary.) I still borrow star, as the quality of the food was perfect. we couldn't eat everything and the hotel offers perfectly dimensioned single boxes to eat for which they don't have space. the only cake I would leave was the buyread round, but the rest of the cakes and borons we are beautifully baked and presented. the waitresses were so polite, friendly and helpful a real creditworthiness for the high standards that the hotel obviously wanted.

The lunch here a few days ago and had a nice time. service was very good and eating was nice (mostly) the blackbacke and the red cabbage starter was delicious, like the chicken liver pine. the main course of the roasted cadjau with Hispi cabbage and...seafood sauce was really nice too well seasoned and well balanced. we've got this off! the desserts were unfortunately not entirely on the same standard. the desserts were not excessive-sweet (which is a good thing), but the aromen did not really awaken us. we had coffee and rum plasters (which really did not taste much), although the accompanying sorbet and granola added some much needed taste. the apfeleclair with painted milcheis was somewhat better, but the eclair was quite dry and again the whole taste underwhelming. the ice cream was delicious. in total we enjoyed our meal. the hearty eating was nicely fed and tasteful. the desserts were disappointing, and we would probably skip the next time. good service. would definitely return. We had a fabulous Sunday dinner we took friends who had never been before, but they said that they would definitely go back the bark was very good lasting the veg etc. the personal was first-class smile and very helpful it was nice to see children...and the family in today. many thanks to fairlawns team

Beautiful afternoon tea for two. beautiful setting. wonderful selection of cakes, finger sandwiches and unlimited tee! vegetarian cakes and sandwiches on request. So we had to pack up the scones!

Been visiting fairlawns for over years not normally disappointed but very this time lost its sparkle Sunday lunch served with very little veg when we asked for we were charged for portions of cauliflower cheese we only received After a very...argumentative male member of staff this was rectified I do not expect to have an argument with someone to sort out my bill wrong wrong attitude No fresh cream ........... have you ever heard of a five-star resteraunt with no fresh cream Lift your game fairlawns Will not return In a hurry
